1. Templates & Framework
You don’t have to start from a blank canvas. You’ll receive a complete set of pre-built Asana templates — projects, task templates, custom fields, and dashboards — along with a step-by-step framework for setting them up. I’ll walk you through how each piece works so you understand the logic behind every decision.
2. Live Coaching Sessions
Four structured coaching sessions where I guide your internal lead through each phase of the build — scoping, setup, testing, and launch. We’ll meet weekly to review progress, answer questions, and troubleshoot. Every session is recorded so your team can revisit them later.
3. Review & Handoff Support
Before you go live, I’ll review your workspace to catch anything that needs adjustment — naming conventions, permissions, automations, and workflow logic. You’ll get a detailed checklist and a final review session so you launch with confidence, knowing everything is set up correctly.
How It Works

Step 1 — Discovery Call
We hop on a call to talk through your current workflow, the pain points, and what you need your team to be able to do. I’ll explain how the coaching model works so you know exactly what to expect — and whether your internal lead is a good fit for this approach.
Step 2 — Kickoff & Framework Setup
I deliver the full template library and framework, then walk your internal lead through how everything fits together — projects, task templates, custom fields, and dashboards. By the end of this session, your lead knows exactly what to build and in what order.
Step 3 — Guided Build Sessions
Over four weekly coaching sessions, your internal lead builds the workspace with my guidance every step of the way. Each session covers one phase — scoping, setup, testing, and launch prep. Sessions are recorded so your team can reference them later.
Step 4 — Review & Launch Prep
I review the workspace your lead has built and provide feedback on naming conventions, permissions, workflow logic, and anything that needs adjustment. We do a final run-through together so everything is polished and ready.
Step 5 — You’re Live
The workspace is running, your team knows how to use it, and your internal lead has the confidence and knowledge to maintain and evolve it. You own a system built by your team, for your team — with expert guidance baked into every decision.
