Not at all. If your processes are clear, we’ll build them right into Asana. If you’re still working through them, that’s fine too — we’ll figure it out as we go.
“How long does a SmartLaunch engagement take?”
It depends on the tier. With Pro we can have your first workflow built in about six to eight weeks — though the timeline depends on meeting cadence and how well your team knows their processes. Essentials is a collaborative approach where I provide guidance, you build, and I review. Coaching is flexible service hours that you use at your own pace.
